The practical part includes studying real driving skills, as well as practicing driving techniques in different conditions.
The main stages of the practical course:
► Fundamentals of driving and operating a car:
• Getting to know the car (location of controls, checking the technical condition)
• Basics of starting, stopping, changing gears
• Learning to maneuver in a large area (parking, reversing)
• Mastering braking and using the steering wheel
► Fundamentals of driving in city traffic:
• Driving in heavy traffic
• Driving through intersections, roundabouts
• Using turn signals and changing lanes
• Preparing for overtaking and performing maneuvers in the presence of other vehicles
► Driving in different weather conditions:
• Driving in rain, fog, snow
• Using the braking system and controlling the car in extreme conditions
• Safety during winter driving (specifics of using studded and winter tires)
► Action in extreme situations:
• Preparation for emergency maneuvers (sharp braking, avoiding an obstacle)
• Responding to unforeseen situations (poor visibility, road restrictions, emergency situations)
► Driving at night:
• Features of night driving
• Using headlights, side lights
• Orientation in poor visibility conditions
► In addition, testing is carried out in different conditions:
• Driving on different types of roads (asphalt, dirt roads)
• Testing theoretical knowledge during practical classes (questions about traffic rules while driving)
At Eurodrive Driving School, we teach driving in both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Here are the main differences between them:
► Manual Transmission (MT):
You need to shift gears manually, which requires certain skills and attention. However, once you master the MT, you will be able to drive any vehicle with either a manual or automatic transmission.
► Automatic Transmission (AMT):
Gear shifting is automatic, which makes driving much easier, especially in city traffic. This is an ideal option for beginners or drivers looking for comfort and convenience.
The choice between manual and automatic transmission depends on your preferences, but learning to drive a MT gives you more freedom in choosing your vehicle in the future. At Eurodrive, you can choose the appropriate course for learning on any type of transmission.
At the Eurodrive driving school, preparation for the driving test is carried out at a high level, so that you can confidently pass the test and get a driver's license.
The practical exam is taken individually.
The cost of providing a car for the exam is 600 UAH.
After successfully passing the internal exams at the driving school, based on the exam protocol, the driving school forms a certificate of completion of the established form and enters it in electronic form into the Unified State Register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
