► A copy of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the form of a booklet)
or in the form of a card (on both sides) with a certificate of registration of the place of residence.
► A copy of a certificate of assignment of a registration number of a taxpayer registration card or a copy of the corresponding mark in the passport (for persons who, due to their religious beliefs, refused to accept the registration number of a taxpayer registration card and officially notified the relevant regulatory body about this and have a mark in their passport).
► A valid medical certificate (of the established sample) regarding fitness to drive a vehicle of category B (form o83/o)

THEORETICAL CLASSES.
The duration of the training is 1 month.

General structure of the vehicle; engine; fuel and fuel mixtures; electrical equipment; transmission, suspension and control mechanisms.
► ROAD TRAFFIC RULES.
General provisions; duties and rights of drivers of vehicles, pedestrians and passengers; requirements for moped drivers, cyclists, horse-drawn vehicles, and animal drivers; road signs; road markings and equipment; traffic regulation using traffic lights and traffic controller signals; warning signals; traffic order, stopping and parking of vehicles; crossing intersections; crossing pedestrian crossings, stops of route vehicles and railway crossings; advantages of route vehicles; transportation of passengers and cargo; special traffic conditions; technical condition, equipment, license plates and identification signs, inscriptions and markings of vehicles; traffic organization.
